French Touch is a performance that portrays the journey of a couple—from their first encounter, through sharing their lives, to separation—by drawing a parallel with a French dining course.

The blossoming of love becomes the appetizer,the filling of each other’s daily lives becomes the starter,jealousy, hatred, and separation form the main course,and reconciliation, obsession, and yet another beginning appear as dessert.

“How did we end up here?”Time often becomes our enemy rather than our ally.A love story that keeps repeating,colors that symbolize emotions.

As the performance unfolds, the music played by the restaurant’s musicians gradually slows down,then transforms into grotesque tones,reaching its climax at the height of love’s intensity.

Between love and hatred,between wounds and dangerously romantic moments,countless situations are staged,and the meal feels as if it will never truly end.

French Touch는 한 커플이 만나 서로의 삶을 나누고, 사랑하고, 갈등하며, 결국 헤어지기까지의 과정을 프랑스식 식사 코스에 빗대어 풀어낸 퍼포먼스입니다.

사랑이 막 피어나는 순간은 에피타이저,서로의 일상을 채워 가는 시간은 전식,질투로 인한 증오와 결별은 메인 디시,그리고 화해와 집착, 또 다른 시작은 디저트로 표현됩니다.

“우리는 어쩌다 여기까지 오게 된 걸까?”시간은 종종 우리의 편이 아니라, 우리의 적이 됩니다.반복되는 사랑의 이야기,감정을 상징하는 색채들.

퍼포먼스가 진행되는 동안 레스토랑의 연주 음악은 점점 느려지다가,이내 그로테스크한 음으로 변하며사랑의 격정이 가장 뜨거운 순간에 절정에 이릅니다.

사랑과 증오,상처와 위험할 만큼 로맨틱한 감정 사이에서수많은 상황들이 펼쳐지고,마치 이 식사의 시간이 끝나지 않을 것처럼 이어집니다.
